2. What we process and why
- Game progress, settings, recent games and streaks are stored only in your browser (local storage). They are not sent to us. This is strictly necessary to provide the games you ask for.
- Server logs (IP address, time, requested page, browser type) are processed by our hosting provider to deliver the site and keep it secure — legal basis: our legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Advertising (only if enabled in the future): ads and ad measurement by Google and its partners listed in the consent window, only after your choice in the consent window — legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)). If you refuse, only limited, non-personalised ads may be shown.
3. Recipients
Hosting: Cloudflare, Inc. Advertising (if enabled): Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC and the vendors listed in the consent window.
4. Transfers outside the EEA
Some recipients may process data in the USA, based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
5. Retention

6. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time (link “Cookie settings” on the Cookies page). 7. Profiling
Personalised advertising (only with your consent) involves profiling by ad partners. It has no legal or similarly significant effect on you.
8. Audience
The games are intended for a general audience aged 16 and over and are not directed at children.
